On this episode, we take a look at the 75 Hard mental toughness program, and why I decided to stop doing it. I talk about what 75 Hard is, and while doing something like this to better yourself is a good idea, you need to make sure it’s not having a negative impact on your family.
To be clear, I do think that 75 Hard is an excellent program, and I intend to try it again. But no program, be it fitness, mental toughness, or otherwise, should come at the expense of the people that are most important to you. The next time I start it, I will make sure that it has it’s proper place in the priorities of my life.
